I offer one-to-one conversations where you can think things through out loud and arrive at a clearer sense of where you stand.
Things often become more settled — and more straightforward — than they first appear.
People are already coherent.
Most of the time, something just gets clouded — in thinking, in language, or in how a situation is being held.
You can be wrong about something without anything being wrong with you. You can also be misunderstood without that making you incoherent.
I listen closely, work with what you’re saying, and help refine how it is being held — sometimes by reflecting something back, sometimes by questioning it, sometimes by staying with it a little longer than you would on your own.
I don’t offer advice or try to direct you toward a particular outcome.
The aim is not to add new ideas, but to help what is already there become more precise and workable in language.
We take what you bring and work through it together in conversation.
That might involve slowing things down, testing a thought, or following a line of reasoning further than you might usually go.
Clarity tends to emerge through that process — not as a sudden insight, but as something that becomes more precise and stable as we stay with it.
You don’t need to prepare anything. You don’t need to present yourself in a particular way. You can start exactly where you are.
It tends to suit people who are not looking to be advised, coached, or fixed — but who want space to think carefully and speak without pressure, in a way that actually holds.
It is not a substitute for clinical or therapeutic support.
